Strategic Enrollment Management (SEM) Plan 2025–2028
A college-wide blueprint for access, success, and workforce impact.
What is SEM?
Strategic Enrollment Management (SEM) aligns college-wide efforts (from marketing and outreach to advising, retention, and completion) to help more students start, persist, and finish with outcomes that elevate our region.
Mission-driven: We meet students where they are and prepare them for rewarding careers in a diverse, global economy.
Vision-aligned: NCC will be a primary educational partner in raising educational attainment and economic prosperity for our community.
This is a college-wide blueprint that coordinates people, processes, and data across units to improve access, onboarding, retention, and completion for every student.
