Continuing Education and Public Services Building

An Investment

Nash Community College is an integral part of the community. An investment in your community college is an investment in the citizens and the economic well-being of the Nash/Rocky Mount area.  Nash Community College excels in teaching and learning. Help fund our programs and your efforts will be recognized by satisfied employers and successful graduates who are a vital part of our trained workforce.

The new Continuing Education and Public Services building will increase Nash Community College’s ability to meet the growing needs of the community. Construction of the building will be dedicated to the support of Continuing Education instruction, focused on: 1) Enhancing local economic development allowing continued industry and customized workforce training; 2) Assisting in attracting and training technologically skilled employees crucial for any new or existing industry; 3) Providing necessary preparation of area law enforcement agencies, fire departments and emergency medical personnel, training that continues to evolve with an expanding and aging population; 4) Delivering adult education, basic skills, special needs, and literacy programs, and 5) Allowing for the expansion of additional instructional space supporting existing educational opportunities related to certificate, diploma and degree programs.
