Teacher Assistants and student interns will provide additional adult to child interaction. The classrooms are staffed with teachers who hold an Associate or Bachelor's degree in Child Development, Early Childhood Education or a related field. Teacher assistants must hold the North Carolina Early Childhood Credential. Our Staff attends conferences, workshops, and training for continued staff development. Advanced degrees are encouraged and supported among our staff. In addition, students from Early Childhood Education and Nursing Programs at Nash Community College also intern at the center.
