Please follow the directions below for instructions on how to login to your new account, locate username and/or password.
All students at Nash Community College will be issued a student email account.
It is essential for you to check email frequently for important information from the college, instructors, and the financial aid department.
*The information below is for students who have never accessed their new email account. If you have accessed the account and forgot your password and need to have it reset, please click the link at the top of the page to submit a help ticket. Someone will be in touch with you about the reset password in approximately 24 hours upon submission.
Student Account Information
All current, active students will be issued a WebAdvisor and an Email account.
The student’s username is first initial, middle initial, last name and the last three digits of their employee id. (ex: jfsullivan345). If the student does not have a middle initial, their username would be first initial, last name and the last three of their student id.
Please note: There will no longer be an initial password set by IT. The student sets their password at the password portal link: https://reset.ad.nashcc.edu/PasswordReset. The student will use their seven digit student id (this includes the leading zeros) and their six digit birth date in the mmddyy format to set their password. The password will be used for WebAdvisor, email, Moodle, and any additional services utilizing the Same SignOn system.
The password must be a minimum of 8 characters and include a capital letter, lower case letter, number and special character (such as !,@,#,*).
