Thursday, August 19, 2010, 8:00-11:00 a.m. Nash County Administrative Building Fee - No Charge. Seating is limited. This session will review all forms of communication. Areas such as email and phone etiquette, body language, active listening, and appropriate feedback will be discussed. Furthermore, communication with non English speaking individuals and those with disabilities will be addressed. Dawn Wilson is the author of two novels and has worked for several weekly, tri-weekly and daily newspapers in North Carolina.
