Unless your transcript is placed on hold by Nash Community College (due to debts owed to the college or non-match in our system), Parchment will process your transcript request within 30 minutes. If placed on hold, you will receive an email from Parchment as well as Nash Community College notifying you of this hold. Once an accurate transcript request has been placed with Parchment, Parchment will then deliver the transcript on behalf of the college electronically or through US mail (based upon student’s delivery request).
Overnight service is an option to students at an additional cost, but may not be available for requests received during college closures (e.g., weekends, official college closures/breaks, and unexpected closures due to inclement weather or the like).
Transcript requests will not be processed, under any circumstance, for students who have any outstanding indebtedness to the College. A hold on your account will not prevent you from requesting a transcript through Parchment and you will be assessed the transcript fees. However, we will not be able to release your transcript until the hold is resolved

Nash Community College print (US Mail delivery or pick-up) = $10.00 (allow up to 48 hours to process)
