Part I consists of Classical French Cuisine on January 12, Northern Italian Cuisine on January 19, and Spanish Noevelle Cuisine on January 26. In each of the four parts within this series, Chef Frank will give a presentation overview of a region, discuss how both people and region affect the foods of the region, and then students will prepare several recipes from that region. In this course, Master Gardener Ken White will demonstrate how to make a self-watering container, as well as present everything you need to know to grow flowers, herbs, or vegetables in containers. Prerequisites: Digital Photography Part I & II (or prior approval by the instructor). Part III is an advanced class and will take students to a new level of expertise. Topics include how to utilize Lightroom and PS/PSE, creative techniques for editing photos, as well as information on finding or creating the right lighting situations to achieve the best photos. Part III meets three Tuesdays. No class on April 18.
