We can use another simplified nav in the top that contains UTM codes (for reporting) to the internal pages if you like. 

You can also add any further language below the benefit bar. You should always be selling with the benefit bar. Got to feed the ‘What’s in it for me.’  And, if you need popup forms (probably better suited for short forms) for the button, let us know and we can make that happen. I would not send any clicks to Google forms. Or we can set up a longer form if needed that the buttons can lead to.
