Nash Community College is encouraging prospective students to explore enrollment opportunities in its Medical Assisting program, a high-demand pathway designed to prepare students for rewarding careers in health care. The Medical Assisting program equips students with the knowledge and hands-on skills needed to work in a variety of medical settings, including physician offices, clinics and other health care facilities. Graduates are trained to perform both clinical and administrative duties, making them essential members of today’s health care teams. “Our Medical Assisting program is designed to prepare students for today’s healthcare systems by providing strong academic foundations and hands-on practice,” said Amber Greer, director of the Medical Assisting program at NCC.
