Overview
The Human Resource Development (HRD) program focuses on training individuals seeking entry, reentry, or advancement in the workforce in basic workplace skills needed to be successful. HRD courses can help people who are trying to find employment, advance in their careers, or redefine their professional niche.
HRD courses are at no cost for qualified individuals.
