The Student Government Association (SGA) is the primary student organization responsible for providing activities and opportunities created to enhance formal educational experiences. Through a democratic representative system of government, SGA exists to protect the rights and privileges of all students. The SGA sponsors student activities and community projects throughout the year. Student clubs and organizations may elect or appoint up to two representatives to be a member of SGA. Nash Community College is a member of the North Carolina Comprehensive Community College Student Government Association (N4CSGA). Members of the Executive Branch are eligible to attend leadership conferences sponsored by N4CSGA and participate on the state level.Every curriculum student at Nash Community College is a member of SGA and may attend all meetings.
